Shipping and Delivery
We aim to mail out all orders within 7 working days (excluding Singapore Public Holidays and Saturdays, Sundays) upon verification of payment, unless otherwise stated. All packages will be shipped according to the mailing address provided and the appropriate shipping option you have selected when placing your order.
We will not be responsible for items lost or stolen during the shipping process or due to incorrect mailing address being provided. However, if anything like this happens, you can always email us at email@example.com and we will see what we can do.
We deliver by City-Link Express Courier for all local delivery. You can track your order, once a tracking number is emailed to you, via the below url:
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:We ship by Singpost with registered mail, for all international Orders, and we charge a standard shipping fees of S$20 per order for maximum up to S$200 worth of order per shipment. It will usually take 2-4 weeks for your order to arrive.

Changes of Shipping options from 1st January 2015:

We no longer provide Free Local shipping via Singpost, as we are concerned that you get your orders with tracking, and minimize the risk of any loss, delay and damage of mails.
We are glad to announce that Local Courier with tracking is only at S$6 per order now. Simply spend above S$55 to get free courier with tracking.
Before 1st January 2015:
There is no tracking for Free Local Shipping. We will not be responsible for any lost or damaged mails. For tracking, please choose the courier option for an additional S$6 shipping fee, or spend above S$95 to get free courier with tracking.
